Why I think NC-13 is safe

Brad Miller's seat will not be competitive in 2006. In 2004 NC had the Governorship a Senate seat and a Presidential election to gotv in a red state. He still won 59% to 41%. We should still give to his warchest to intimidate his opponent.

    Didn't Miller support the original Patriot Act? I haven't been paying attention to Miller's position on its renewal/expansion. Is he still for it?
